REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its tags on, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@romeodelauris.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returned Items should be unused, in their original condition and their complete packaging and with their tag on them. Failing to meet these conditions, the product will not be eligible for our refund policy.
Original shipping cost and possible import duties/taxes/expenses imposed in your country as well as any bank expenses impose to us during your purchase or your refund are not refunded. If you were eligible for original free shipping during your purchase, a flat rate of 25 USD will be deducted from your refund.
For your protection, products should be returned to us by using only shipping services with a tracking number and the returning shipping cost is borne by you. Any re-import duties and expenses imposed on our company will be deducted from your refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
All items on sale or special offer/promotion, custom made or discontinued are not eligible for return and refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To ensure impeccable quality, all our items go through meticulous after production control. However, in the rare case that your item is faulty or damaged, you can apply for a refund, exchange, discount, replacement, or store credit, so please email us upon delivery at info@romeodelauris.com to settle your case in the best way.
Slight variations in product phots colors due to monitor settings and photography conditions, different connecting parts configuration or slight size difference on the products are considered normal and do not constitute a basis for returning the item.
We use a solid carton shipping box for all orders to ensure that your Romeo Delauris item(s) will arrive intact. If, despite our efforts, your jewelry arrives damaged, please send us an email at info@romeodelauris.com as soon as possible.
FAULTY ITEMS:
Please email immediately at info@romeodelauris.com with photos and an unboxing video of the item along with your order number or valid proof of purchase so we can arrange a replacement.
Faulty items will only be accepted for return if the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged. All items that are returned as faulty will be assessed by Romeo Delauris, and any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty.
Items are classified as faulty if there is a handcrafting fault.
Please note that jewelry may have a slight difference in the measurement and this difference cannot be considered a defect or fault.
If the package you receive is damaged or please do not accept the delivery and contact customer services immediately.
All faulty returns will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your parcel and you will be notified via email once we have delivered your parcel and we can only replace it with the same product, subject to availability.
By completing a purchase through our online store, you agree to all the terms and conditions listed above
