SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) starting the next business day if you place your order by 08:00 GMT. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Rarely sometimes, a certain product may need up to 10 days to be processed. In such a case, information will be displayed on that product page.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We use DHL Express worldwide shipping for all orders. We offer FREE shipping for all orders above 100 USD. For orders below 100 USD we charge a flat shipping rate of 20 USD.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to all countries.
Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Romeo Delauris is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Order status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@romeodelauris.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We ship worldwide using DHL Express which requires a physical address for delivery, so, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
Romeo Delauris offers a 30-days refund policy. To ensure impeccable quality, all our items go through a meticulous after production control. However, in the rare case that your item is faulty, damaged, or different than the description you can apply for a refund, exchange, discount, replacement, or store credit, so please email us upon delivery at info@romeodelauris.com to settle your case in the best way. Slight variations in colors due to monitor settings and photography conditions are considered normal and do not constitute a basis for returning the item. We use a solid, corrugated-carton shipping box to for all orders to ensure that the main gift box containing your Romeo Delauris will arrive intact. If, despite our efforts, your jewelry arrives damaged, please send us an email at info@romeodelauris.com as soon as possible. To be eligible for our refund policy for the above-mentioned cases, you should send us an unboxing video taken upon delivery together with your order number. Returned Items should be unused, in their original condition and their complete packaging. Failing to meet these conditions, the product will not be eligible for our refund policy. Shipping cost and possible import duties/taxes/expenses imposed in your country are not refunded. Items should be returned to our offices in Indonesia by using only trackable courier shipping services and the returning shipping cost is borne by you.
